I am a neutral runner (based on heel-to-toe), but my right arch pronates and I've therefore been chronically injured only on my right tibia. I do not land on my heels when I run, usually more in the mid-foot area. I wear orthotics, but have always worn neutral shoes. The orthotics do not seem to be helping as much as they should be. I've had three different pairs made by three separate doctors. I am wondering if I should switch to stability shoes along with wearing the orthotics to accommodate that right foot or would that be too much support (especially on the left foot) and cause me to supinate?
