Here's the deal...I have one month to my marathon. I'm active and in shape, but have done little to no running. Is it possible to start running now and run a 3 hour marathon? What should my training look like??

The real question is WHY?
Is there a new law going into effect in 30 days banning all future marathons that I am not aware of?
It doesn't matter why. I paid for the marathon a while ago, I'm running it, now I want to know if it's possible.
Well, duh, anything's possible. It's just not going to feel good.
I'm no expert but I'd say just run a mile today, two tomorrow, three the next day, etc. Once you get to day 26 take off the next 4-5 days until your marathon. That should get you there feeling good!
