Any (serious) ideas on what I could run a 1600 and 3200 in?

My 400 speed is around 52.5 if that helps at all. I'm more of a mid-distance runner, but am interested in a jump up.
4:40. I run 5 400s with 4 200s in between, the 400s in 60 and the 200s in 27 and I run a 4:14
For the 1600 I guess?
That workout above 4x400/200 is pretty good. I've done it in 65 and 28-29 and run 4:11 for 1500. 200 rest between 400-200 then a 400 rest.
im running 67-69 in a workout (4x400) only we have 200 meter jog not 60 seconds rest ( damn thats intense)
btw i just ran 5:06 the other day but i haven't had a good race so far so dont worry lol
