Has anyone had any luck getting rid of plantar by using the product "powerstep"?
I had plantar and put those in every pair of shoes i owned. Straight cash. It hurt for a while cause i wasnt used to them, but it eventually went away and i havent stopped using them since. Only problem is they cost $25. If anyone finds them cheaper, holler at me.
thats pretty good - i just order the extra padding for $40 - i'm will to pay just about anything to get rid of it at this point. But that is good to hear. Thanks.
They have been very useful for many people. Remember that it is the combination: STRETCHING, strengthening, correct footwear, orthotics. But the Powerstep is a great product.
Does anyone have an idea of how long a pair of powerstep insoles should last?
I have a single pair that I've been using in each of my running shoes since November 2009 (although I didn't do much running for the first few months with them since I was coming off injury)
Should I get a new pair and replace the old one entirely, get a new pair and alternate, or just not bother? They're still pretty stiff and in decent condition.
