I'm jumping in a 5k tomorrow, because I haven't raced a 5k in about a year.
However, I've only been really training for about 3 weeks, and really have just one track session to base any level of fitness off of. So...based on the workout times from below, does anyone have any guesses as to how fast I'll run tomorrow?
5x1200 w/90 seconds rest:

4:08
4:00
Started at about tempo pace, and cut them down, to where the last 3 were probably more of a VO2Max effort.
It was pretty windy on the track that day, but will probably be pretty windy at the race tomorrow.
I was kind of thinking 17:45ish would be a good goal, depending on what the wind is doing.
Anyone have any other thoughts? Any input is appreciated.
