I recently started my base build up for my first marathon. I've been averaging 50-55 mpw for around a month and a half, and I was wondering if any experienced marathoners could possibly give me an example of an effective training program (2-3 week cycle) that totals between 50-60 miles/week. I'm shooting for a Boston Qualifier and if all goes well sub-3. Thanks for any input. I know there are a lot of training questions on these boards, but I really appreciate any input you have.
