I'm running the 8k Junior meet in Boulder, and I was wondering how much time to drop off the time I run in order to get my sea level equivalent time. I'm shooting for a 26:30. I live at about 300 feet above sealevel.
Also I went out to boulder last summer and really did not feel that altitude at all. I was only there for a week, and did not run at a real hard effort. How much will I feel the altitude when going balls to the wall?
