I'm trying to cut back on my drinking of soft drinks and replacing them with water. Has anyone else noticed that when you first do this, it seems like you're peeing all day despite taking in the same amount of fluid?
I drink a 20-oz soda, and I pee every couple of hours. I drink a 20-oz bottle of water, and I'm running back and forth to the bathroom several times.
Is it the fact that the water is clearing out some of the garbage in me?
