~711, not nearly enough. Family and work are greater distraction as you get older, especially if you work TWO jobs for a whil.
1,650.2
3,712
3,008 as of today. However, I'm running a 10 mile race on Saturday, so the clock is still running.
Should be about 3250 by the end of the week. Lowest since 2003 but it's been a busy year. Next year will be considerable lower with new job responsibilities and a new baby.
2443 miles
I'll be about 2580, give or take a morning jog.
2496.6 as of yesterday
At the end of December, I will be at 5050 miles for the year.
6,570 ~ 18 a day (doubles of course)
mostly 12am/6pm with the 20-24 mile long run
2:24 marathon pb at berlin
2:25:48 at austin
10k best this year of 28:58.23 at stanford
of course, none of this is true.
851.3 miles so far. I used to run that in a summer. I guess this is the new thing now.
I'm going to be just a hair over 5000.
I'm hungry.
2914...with a total of 4 weeks of no running at all in there.
3,829 right now.
Somewhere between 200-300 I would imagine. I'm not obsessive enough to keep count.
I should be just short of 2800 by the end of the year (probably 2795), which I believe is a bit higher than I've been the last couple of years.
1686
I don't keep track of miles anymore, I use time.
257 hours and 32 minutes (with one week left to go), or about 5 hours a week. Take out the 6 month battle with achilles tendonitis and I'm at about 7 hours a week.
ran around 800+ and cycled another 3000+ because of running realated injuries which are hopefully history now.
