UMASS-Lowell was good last year but they'll be MUCH better not that they got Murhpy(30:45 10k at Penns) to replace Sherry(who was there #3 guy also an 1:51 800 guy at one point)

I thought that the Coogan's lived in Wisconsin? Isn't Gwen working as a prof of math or something like that out there?
Not saying that I don't believe that Mark is really at Lowell, just wondering what your source is
well for starters this team will probably be worse off without the mighty Paul Kezes. Hows this for logic, take the scholarship away from the fastest non-African 1500 meter runner in both indoor and out. The coach is obviously a dipshit who relies on Aish to do all of his coaching. What's the matter Western state, do people of color intimidate you up there in cracker-ville. Karma's a vicious thing. Just wait, these bastard's won't win.
So what are you saying, that Aish is the only one up there who is any good? It seems to me that the team is pretty well loaded from top to bottom. What does color have to do with anything, last I checked, Will Banks couldn't be described as a "cracker".
Watch out for Willamette. MCGruirk has them ready to roll.
Willammette is DIII not DII.
The UML men return 6 of their top 7 in addition to two redshirts who probably would've run varsity last fall when the team finished 10th. They should move up at NCAA's. The team still has no coach yet though. Coogan is a finalist according to the information circulating on campus.
I run in the GLIAC and really think that Cordes has the tools to take it at home this year. He just ran an 8:49 full 2 mile on Wednesday at the run-insight challenge. That's pretty good fitness coming off of summer training. After red-shirting a whole year, he has had a lot of time to think about how bad he wants the title. Also, hear me out, Ashland WILL NOT win the conference or regional, they probably won't get second either. Let's wait and see.
Western is the class of the field. They have two Kiwi's with sub 14 5k credentials, but its the American's in Josh Eberly (2nd in CC), Chris Siemers (5th in CC), Jason Donald (2nd in Steeple), plus the 3rd place Steeple, Will Banks (4:05 indoor mile) and a host of redshirted freshman and top recruits, like Carlos Mendoza (4:13 High School) who will supply the fire power. That is even without Scott who may end up redshirting.

What are the Western times from last year? Same for Adams St. True, they look to have it in locks. Hopefully nothing will happen to their runners.
who are these kiwi fellas you mention ?
The McRae brothers
You, being a stupid ass, have missed the point. Everyone knows Aish runs the workouts, and that the coach is an arrogant asshole. You on the other hand can take off your WWJD braclet and shove it. And second of all, why don't you look at the demographics of that lousy town, or do you even know what that word means. You wouldn't know ethnic diversity if it bit you in the ass.
Dear Mr/Ms. In the Nuts, What point are you referring to here? I'm no WSC fan but your post seems a bit off base.
I saw a road race result for Mohammed Aden in Alamosa recently. Is he running for Adams State now? How are they looking for this season?
Just curious long d,
How might you say that Ashland might not do those certain things you mentioned. I am curious that if they guys on that team are running good why they could not have a great showing at conference, regionals and nationals. I would say having your 4 and 5 mean sub 31:30 on the track is not bad. Wayne returns as many guys as Ashland but Ashland had no Cordes and a broken down stud. They will have 3 guys before any teams second runner at regionals. Well that is what they are thinking at least. Personally I cannot stand there arrogance but time will tell.
Hey, In the Nuts.
Some people would call Aish a person of color being Maori.
It sure sounds like you have some issue with the program there. Are you an ex Mountaineer and asked to leave the team??
I don't get it when people call Coach Vanenbusche arrogant. I coached in the RMAC for 3 years and found him to be one of the most gracious people I've ever known. I have talked with him for hours about coaching and recruiting (at his phone expense) and not once did he hold back any info. He is confident to be sure, but not once have I ever seen him to be anything but classy and complimentary to an opponent. Aish might well have quite a bit of input as to the training (and why wouldn't he?????) but Coach V is running the show along with Coach Groom who is also a heck of a good guy. Good luck with your anger management program.
Western
Hey Kez, tell your boys back home to stop talking shit. You know why you are leaving Western and it is your own fault. Everybody that I know at Western all liked you and are sorry to see you go. We all wish you the best of luck at Western Washington, and look foward to seeing you down the road.

What does color have to do with anything, true Gunnison is mostly white, but so is kez?? And will banks will be one of the fast 1500m runners in the nation this yr and hes not white either??? Seems to me that you have the problem with color seeing as how you brought it up out of nowhere and it has absolutely nothing to do with your arguement about kez??
