The winner of Dream Job got paid $95,000 a year. That was more than double than most of the ESPN News got got paid, and there was mild uproar over the big salary that the winner received. A few of the big names get paid high six or low seven figures, but most of the no-names make well, well under $100K, and have some of the longest hours and worst conditions in the business. From all accounts, ESPN is a terrible place to work.
