Sorry dude, but that post is what's bizarre! "The body just does not allow for fast running anymore"? What the hell is that based on? Sure, Henry at 180 is not going to burn up the track, but Henry at 150 might be damn impressive. I really hope he gets there. I'm dissapointed that this has turned into a weight loss thread, but I guess it's hard to focus on any other aspect of Henry's comeback until he gets a handle on this weight thing.
Come on Henry!!! Get damn serious for a couple of weeks and get off this 180 thing. You'll be able to run faster, and in turn maybe lose some more weight with the added intensity you'll be able to add.
