Today we're launching the Summer of LetsRun., and we're launching a few threads to go with it and want to keep it up during the summer.
This summer, we're going to help coach one talented but undertrained high school runner and share his journey with all of you. Along the way, we'll also be sharing the principles of summer training and base building that can help any runner improve.
Summer training is basically Base Training 101. So even if you're not in high school, we think you'll get something out of following along.
Most importantly, we want the LetsRun community involved. The best part of this site has always been the collective wisdom and experiences of its visitors.
So let's start with this:
What was the best thing you ever did in summer training that led to a breakthrough season?
What changed? More mileage? A smarter approach?
Let's hear it.
