Remember narcissism is over inflated sense of self importance. Not just "people I don't like" which is how it is often thrown around these days.
Initial thoughts go to Alberto Salazar - a grown adult describing someone as his nemesis and his hissy fits over Rupp getting beaten to sub 27 like no one else but his athlete had the right to shoot for a record. Whatever you think on the doping stuff or sexual abuse allegations best case scenario the guy was still incredibly self obsessed. Normal people don't publicly declare nemeses - guy was too high on his own main character energy aka narcissism.
Also Gjert - the fact his first reaction to Nordas getting a medal was posting "oops I did it again." Again, no comment on coaching abiltiy, criminal convictions etc. Just purely if your reaction within minutes of your athlete winning a medal is to take to social media to brag about yourself that's textbook narcissism.
Above poster said Diljeet - personally don't like her track side antics but given narcissism is about being obsessed with yourself I think love or hate her she does seem to care a ton about her athletes being healthy and happy which is pretty much the opposite of narcissistic behaviour.
