I don't need to be too much torn down, as I think my mental state is pretty good after this meet. It is pretty early and I am not peaked in mileage yet and had extended cross season, what should I expect?
This was my first mile of the season and my first time running faster than 4:39.
4:27 for an opener and 12s PB is phenomenal stuff. As another poster said, we know nothing about your training but 4:20 is definitely in the cards. If not indoors, most certainly outdoors. But my advice is to not force it. Don’t run for times. Compete to win. As you race better competition your times will gradually come down.

If you're asking about this from a conversion standpoint, there is little to no time difference between an oversized indoor track and an outdoor track.
That said, its completely plausible for you to drop 7 seconds between indoor and outdoor. It's definitely not a given, but you see it all the time.
My senior year of HS track I ran a 4:36 PR on an indoor 300m and finished outdoor with a 4:29.
I am 16 yrs old and 6'0, have been close to that tall or that tall since 7th grade. However, I was skinny and weak and often was told I looked like a "waif" when running, as I never played sports before. This continued 7th-10th. After 10th grade xc season when I ran 17:19, I started training seriously. I ran 9:50 and 4:38.89 full mile in my first races of the season, but due to repeated sickness the rest of my season was knocked out. My musculature did not fit my height, I was told. I worked on eating better and more nutritiously (high metabolism + used to eat soda and junk food for all 3 meals). From the beginning of junior xc season-now, my muscles have grown steadily and I have now been told I look strong and comfortable racing.
Not ripped by any means and still very light and lean but enough to support my height
Being that your improvement was due to training and lifting and not from mother nature, another big jump is unlikely.
Haven't been at it for long. My school is very low in division and we did not run any mileage at practice. We just played tag. Also I never lifted until a few weeks ago. My dad has ran sub 4 and 14 and my mom has ran sub 17 so I don't think I'm maxed out.
