He will get them backk in blood
There is something likable and unlikable about this guy at the same time
Does he have any other word in his vocabulary other than f*ck?
“I thought Gary’s big ass was gonna be in lane 1…” haha.
He needs to remember that he is representing Villanova and is a reflection of his university. Time to grow up.

The analogy "swear words are like spices" suggests profanity adds flavor, intensity, or emphasis to language, but overuse can ruin the "dish," making it bland or unpleasant for some listeners, much like too much salt or pepper. While some find them essential for authenticity or emotion (like red pepper flakes on pizza), others see them as a crutch, unnecessary, or disrespectful, with effectiveness heavily depending on context, audience, and intent, just as different spices suit different foods.
You be the judge.
Great early season racing though!

Running needs its Charles Barkley!
He has bipolar response to races and it's not good. He can learn something useful from every race good or bad, and racing in any season will have it's ups and downs. He views any race he doesn't win as bad which is destructive to progress. I thought he raced really well - it wasn't a failure.
Screams insecurity
He could win a race or Rob a convenient store and end up in jail
He gives off some hard knocks Rocky rags to riches vibes, someone to root for
I liked his edgy anger at the outcome of the race but he lost me when he admitted it was ‘gods plan’ he got second. I mean cmon, god ain’t watching these events nor influencing them in any way. The delusions of the deeply religious always surprises me. Still this dude is an animal in the way he races, can’t fault him for that.
Somebody get the kid a new earring

Ya’ll are some betas here. “Time to grow up”? How about you stop giving a f*ck for once, those social norms are made for men who look for a boyfriend for their wife.

Usually athletes invoke "Gods plan" for some sense of equanimity. For Marco, it's to make himself even more pissed off.
He’s definitely not the brightest bulb. That explains a lot
Funny guy but jeez he has rocks in his head
Its seems like losing his earring was what was driving his negative attitude mostly (he admits it at the end and he suddenly gets more positive). But he was getting borderline aggressive with Gault in some parts of the interview which is not good look for Villanova or a future shoe contractor.
he's trying to sell himself. i think this is who he is, in a sense, but he's multiplying himself by 10. this is his version of what Chael Sonnen did. if you ever followed mma at all.
