Not a name I'm really familiar with. But see she's with Puma team which is doing really well.

A runner who went deep into college (the age of a covid senior) showing no elite or even top collegiate ability, turns pro and is suddenly a top national runner. But if you question it, you get banned. Plus the usual, "but it actually adds up" nonsense.
She has been running well this fall. Won the 5th Avenue Mile in September.

Translation - She beat Tuohy bad at the 5th Avenue Mile.
Translation: there is no possible way she is doing this naturally, everyone on here knows it, and that tired deflection is played out. Doping. Period.
Ran for Aledo HS in Texas where her brother Graydon a 4 time FL qualifier overshadowed her a bit. Came into her own at tail end of college.
And like clock work we have a "but it makes sense." Utter bs. I know her results. At no point did she come into her own. Look, we know that esp on the women's side chemistry alone can bring even a mediocre college runner into the national spotlight. Remember Lauren Johnson. Oh wait, she was "multisport". Whatever. Its the pros. But give it a rest.
I competed against her a little bit in college, that allowed me the chance to see that she had tremendous talent that was yet to be developed. Similar to my sentiments on Emily Mackay. I graduated before she did and really wanted to see her have a chance post-collegiately. I was ecstatic to see Puma had the brains to pick her up and give her a chance. When you're in the sport and around these people, it's easier to pick up on these sort of things that get missed when you're just looking at numbers on a screen. If you don't know the nuances of the sport and are too ignorant to want to understand them just say so (insert laughing emojis, I just don't know how to do that on my computer)
Lol. We are just going to keep doing this nonsense? Sure. She had magical latent late bloomer talent. She just needed pro training. Just like the old Houlihan threads. The joke of this sport is all of us know the people who are doping, but the absence/ineffectiveness of testing gives people a "I need to believe" out. Fine. It is not like she will ever get caught, so run with it. But this board is the most pathetic I have ever seen. Even cycling boards are more self-honest.
wow, I'm glad to see that she got picked up by Puma. I recognized her talent just watching her on T.V., but wasn't sure if she would make the cut for going pro. Happy to see her going for it.
the joke of this sport is people like you who claim to be "fans" but criticize everything/everyone. I hope you have something that brings you happiness in life. I know 99% of my peers are not and never would cheat in any capacity and nothing can convince me otherwise. Sorry your life is so sad you have to speak down on or try to undermine achievements of people you don't even know. You sound like my dad's girlfriend (who's my age btw -- add more laughing emojis)
Would love to meet you in person one day and hold a genuine face to face conversation that allows for proper discourse rather than hear your short sighted thoughts that typing anonymously from behind a screen emboldens you to say.

She was good in HS, you just sound ignorant. Talent doesn't fade
Right. Straw grasping, but maybe this is the correct approach.
Has found growing success post college. Wouldn't say she's emerged out of no where or made a sudden massive leap at Astro claims. Past year or more feel like I've watched her win an assortment of races from the track to road miles. But has gradually gotten into and won or finished well in higher and higher profile races.

Do you think Texas/TCU are the best programs? She also was out of college at age 22 so not an old COVID runner. Puma took a shot on her talent (flashed in HS) and it seems professionalization with them (including altitude, better coaching/training partners) has helped. Shes about 5-8 seconds from sniffing a medal at a global champs, lets not go crazy.
She ran 2:11/4:53 in 9th grade, and 2:05 as a college sophomore. But she had not yet made USATF finals or a diamond league meet so her time was up I guess. Anything after that is suspect? Cmon that’s ignorant.
There’s a MN high schooler with the same name

Does your phone not have search function or were you serving a fastball down the middle for someone to make accusations?

When do you go away? Will it happen when Tuohy retires?

"All of us"? You need to check your ratios, bud.
