Essentially, you have no life outside running.
You get almost no sex. Your music is a waste of time. You are not exactly a hit at parties. You have to pay for these massages and the men who give them are bears.
There’s 24 hours in a day. Some combination of 120 minutes on those two runs is only 2 of those 24 hours. That leaves 22 hours for the things on your list and the additional good things you or others might think of. Your invented problem is not a real one. 22 or even 21 hours is plenty of time for wine, women, song, and the good sleep with each of them.
When I young, I was running 70-80 mpw and working 40 hours per week with 60-80 min commute. I was invited to a house party on a Friday night. I ran my 20 mile long run on Thursday night at 5 PM, ate dinner, showered, and jumped in bed. I woke up the next morning at 4 AM and ran 10 miles before work. At the party, I fell asleep under the pong table in the garage around 9 PM. Not sure if this supports your theory, but it's a good memory of a simpler time.

You are, statistically speaking, more right than wrong, more so for people thirties or older, but really for anyone other than pro runners.

I would imagine if what you say is true, that someone the same age as you that runs 2x per day would more than likely beat you at almost every distance. And, maybe that's what is imprtant to them at this point.
