Weather doesn't look great for fast times: rain + too hot

Kejelcha and Almgren are friends, they're likely to work together for as long as possible.

Almgren has said that he isnt going to follow Kejelcha if he goes out in a WR-pace.

OK. But will he go out in WR pace? I take it the above is somewhat old information from before closer weather predictions.

I feel that is a bit generous; but I really hope that he does it. I know he is super fit at the moment, but I reckon 58:30 will be a bit closer to the outcome. Again, I hope that he proves me wrong.

Some recent rumoured sessions:

12x1k treshold in 2’43 with 60 sec rest

20x400 treshold in 62 with 30 sec rest

4x5k in 14’05 with 3’00 rest

It's warm today but supposed to cool down for tomorrow. I think Almgren gets the Euro record for sure

Just a reminder that YK set the world record in Valencia last year in a huge rain storm. Granted, he won’t cut 45 seconds off that time to catch Kiplimo, but sub-57:30 could be in the cards.

Almgren would further cement an already wild legacy by going into the 58s as a former 1:45 guy. Not to mention Kejelcha is the former Mile WR holder indoors
