If you admit guilt, I'm okay with a shorter sentence but there should be more retroactive penalties.
Chicago Marathon should sue her and demand her winnings back. That was quite a spectacular heist she pulled off.

The number of truly impossible women's performances since Rio is staggering and reached a point where there's no use in arguing about them. There was a moment when squeaky clean Shelby was catching up but the blatant doping has been accelerating in recent years. The question should be how far back we have to pull the WRs until we reach clean performances and, unfortunately, we will never know.
It is peculiar to me how women's times have taken off like a rocket while men's times (though improving) haven't kept up.

Also who was advising Chepngetich lol, she took a potential two year ban

Ban Federico Rosa from the sport and do not invite any athlete represented by him to your event.

These texts serve as a good reminder that if you buy into the argument "they're just simple impoverished good people that get taken advantage of by unscrupulous coaches and agents" you're an idiot. These cheats know exactly what they're doing, to the point they take advantage of your sympathy to try and get away with it.
There needs to be a rule that if you have a WR, NR or a medal at WC or OGs, you are banned for life if you have a single doping offense.
