I dont believe eliud will share all, if any, of his training secrets. Most serious runners dont.

I'd love to see a follow up in a month with the wacky outputs some people are getting with this app. If you've followed AI at all then you'd know it doesn't always work well and can "hallucinate" it's responses.

Probably a money grab. Seems unlikely you will be getting information about Kipchoge’s actual training. Even if you did, is it really applicable to anyone that would be using this app? Hobby joggers training like Kipchoge, not a recipe for success.

I very much doubt training plans are AI generated. Probably just the chat bot that says "Hey, your heart rate looked great today!"
