I haven't seen the course profile for World XC in Tallahassee and was wonder if this will be as challenging as Aarhus in 2019 and Bathurst in 2023 both races with over 300m (1000 feet) in elevation.
I haven't seen anything anywhere and know very little about the course. Any feedback would be appreciated.
The course has only 1 rise as it stands. How they will toughen it up is unknown as for the most part it is very flat and a fast track.
Here is video of an NCAA championship on the course. It is a flat and fast. They will have to make a lot of changes similar to Aarhus to make it a tough course but they don't have any big hills to work with.

The course isn't challenging and only has a modest elevation change. The meet director claims they will add some mud and build a small bridge to simulate a hill. Even with those additions it won't be a very tough course.
There is almost zero elevation change on the entire course. You can't work with what you don't have. Maybe they can add a few gators to the course to make it interesting.
