As a paraplegic for 4 decades, i dont currently have any limbs and have not had any for 40 years. which makes it dificult to perform any kind of work. There is currently little hope of a miraculous scientific breakthrough or of my limbs growing back on their own since I am not a starfish. So I expect to remain jobless for the foreseeable future.

Solution is to put physically able people to work in the community. It could be something as simple as cleaning streets, picking up trash. If they refuse then they don't get benefit payments.
