Sebastian Lörstad born in 2008 sat a new course record for the 10K Lidingöloppet in Stockholm. He was 49 seconds faster than last year when he one week later ran a 29.09 10 K road race. He will be racing the same double this year, being the Swedish 10K champs next weekend. Probably we will see a low 28 from this monster kid.

That's great! He is really promising and can be a world toprunner . Lidingöloppet is a very tough course with the famous " Abborre hill" . He will probably run sub 29 in the Swedish Champs on road 10 k next weekend.
I myself ran Lidingöloppet 30 k once in my running carrear and a 19th place , really a very tough course. 🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪
