Komen is the typical Kenyan man who views the woman in marriage as less significant and doesn't need consulting on anything. What I’d like to know is how come they are still married and fighting in court? The article says “wife”, not ex. I’m guessing he sold the property for its fair market value and just put down a lower official sale price to save on taxes, which is pretty common in many parts of the world. So maybe the wife is trying to get her share and is using legal discovery to establish that the actual sale price was much higher?
