Before this 5000, 6th has been the best result ever (once, Molly Huddle) for an American woman in the 5000, and this field had 2 all-time greats in their prime. So, yeah, it’s worth a mention on a message board where the great majority of topics are of far less consequence. Plus, Andrews has been dragged by this board more often than not.

Disagree. This was a tremendous accomplishment that was well earned after years of working hard. Sixth in the world (and only two people ahead of her were not Kenyans or another American) is no big deal? You should be happy for her and impressed with her accomplishment.
