It's not harassment for someone to protect what is legally theirs. Gjert is probably aware of Drew Hunter and his buddies using the Tinman Elite name they took from their former coach, Tom "Tinman" Schwartz, and Gjert understandably doesn't want the same thing happening to him.

Besides, how would you know the extent of all the ways Gjert communicates with his sons? Sounds like you're making some major assumptions there.

Lastly, why should athletes looking for a coach care about the relationship Gjert has with his sons? They're asking Gjert to be their coach, not their dad. Gjert is the best 1500m coach in the world.

I doubt Jakob was going to use "team Ingebrigtsen" commercially. He can say he uses the "Ingebrigtsen method" all he wants, as long as it's not for business.

Where does the line of business lie? Isnt an athlete promoting their personal brand to get sponsors and followers running a business? Its not as easy as to say "as long as it's not for business.".
