Ya, I don't think he ran 1:34. That's pretty fast in the grand scheme of things, especially for a guy as big as him. Doesn't look like he has a drop of sweat on him in the photos after either.

I did the race for the first time yesterday and I’d give the guy some slack. That final right turn came out of nowhere and I was not expecting it after years of watching the race on tv.

The last mile is one straight line with signs signalling 800m/400m to go. I thought it would finish on the road like when you see the pros finish but cuts off with like 20m to go when you’re mid sprint finish.

Easy for me to navigate at 130lb soaking wet, for someone his size probably not so much!
