There are a select few posters who put up some interesting and thought provoking content which creates some genuinely interesting threads to follow or contribute to. You’ve just got to be willing to ignore and filter through the noise.

I'm married to a cardiologist and I work as a lab tech at a company where most of the other people are PhDs and MDs. Basically whether I'm at home or at work, I'm pretty much always the dumbest and lowest paid guy in the room.
