Is it me or did that interview that was linked from the home page seem very strange. talking about racing the workouts and max of 60 miles a week 25 tempo runs etc. Just seemed to me that it shows that another year at college would have done him good. I have ran with many good runners and seen great coaches and this type of approach seems very different. I hope it works but you get the sense that he is lapsing into a comfort zone after one great year.
Runnung the times he has a few years ago is great but if you want to make it on the European curcuit of against other senior athletes in the stats you have to have more than good times a few years ago.
