With a 7-4 decision, that means the appellate court heard the case en banc. Certainly a solid chance that SCOTUS will reverse, but I wouldn't bet on it.
IMO most informed and neutral observers would say that the law the Administration has been using to justify the wholesale tariffs is just not applicable in the country's current situation. But I grant that the Olympic-level mental gymnasts on the Supreme Court might see it otherwise.

We have a national problem with corrupt Democrat judges forsaking their oaths..
This is not a slam dunk for Trump at SCOTUS. Their deference to Trump is primarily to advance a right wing social agenda (anti abortion, religious “freedom”, etc). But on economics, their expectation is that presidential power will be used to protect private profits from government overreach. And to keep government generally out of private markets. I think SCOTUS will take their first really big swing at Trump and uphold the decision. And it will be the best thing that ever happened to him. Markets will go through the roof if all the tarrifs are struck down. Inflation will drop. The fed will lower interest rates.

They will have to find the Constitution enables it when it isnt in the Constitution. That will be some pretzel they'll have to turn themselves into.
“Goes home devastated?” That doesn’t happen with the guy.
Even in the reports of him in December 2020 privately expressing dismay at losing the election.
He’s like Cartman after being throttled by Wendy on the playground and sitting there humiliated in front of the other boys, crying out of his bloodied face. Here’s the recovery from “devastated”:
Cartman … expresses depression and fear that he's no longer "the cool kid", but then the other boys tell him that he was never cool in the first place, that they all have always hated him, and that their opinion of him "couldn't sink any lower". However, he assumes they're trying to make him feel better. Cartman, convinced they would only try to make him feel better if they still thought he was cool, walks away jovial despite his injuries, leaving the rest of the kids dumbfounded by his reasoning.
This court has no jurisdiction to even approach this subject. The supreme Court already has been very vocal about district courts NOT having the power to issue nationwide injunctions so the supreme Court is going to smash those judges ASAP.

It's a Federal Court. If it had no jurisdiction it wouldn't have heard the case. You lose. Trump loses.

American justice system already collapsed under Trump.
