We'll break down the last regular meet of the 2025 Wand Diamond League. Who won the stacked 1500 with Niels Laros, Phanuel Koech, Yared Nugsue and Jake Wight...
The stupid "Athlete's Lounge" is on Youtube. I'd rather have Tim Hutchins and Hanna England's commentary than those four bozos, but it's better than nothing.
Someone explain the resistance to a 2 month subscription to flo track for DL meets? I watched 3 field events concurrently with just stadium sound which is much more preferred than their doofus announcer that came in later covering womens pole vault. Once switched to world feed, it appears as good as peacock albeit the cost is a little higher. I have no intentions of continuing the subscription beyond the DL season.

I’m just watching to Flotrack Athlete’s Lounge YouTube stream with the volume muted. At least we can just watch the content for free but sucks that we have to hear these boneheads yapping. Mute button for the win

Worst part of the presenation by far. But not better than nothing.
Finally, signs of life from Laura Muir! (4th in 3:57.63) Ran a very conservative race before moving up at the bell. I think she might have been somewhat tangled in that fall, too.
Hell yeah, Nikki! That was an impressive kick, looked like Linden Hall was out of reach until the last ~150 and to dip under 3:56 again. Impressive result!

For me, the issue is that flotrack is monopolistic and has made track and field less accessible than it has ever been, and less accessible than just about any other sport. So we do everything possible to hasten their demise. If that means that we have to wait an hour to watch replays on YouTube, it is a small price to pay. I could easily pay the $20, but I choose not to for that reason. I am also apt to forget to cancel subscriptions.
