Keely on the list for the 800m
Hurta-Klecker is running the 3000m
Hiltz and MacLean in the 1500m
Hoey, Kessler, and Nuguse in the 1500m
Why so many people on the womens 110m hurdles
My guess is that Hurta-Klecker is pacing the 3000m. Kipyegon is in the race and I believe HK has paced two of her world records. Kipyegon probably requested her for a WR attempt. I can't see HK running a 3000m; she's only run one race longer than a mile since 2022.
Really happy to see Kessler in the 1500m field. He and Hoey are both on for the Daniel Komen revenge tour. Myers and Laros are due for big PBs. Rooting for Tim Cheruiyot as always.

Well I hope Hurta runs with her arms and hands away from the competitors as a pacesetter. Her horrendous form and arm swings may do more harm than good in keeping the women on their feet and getting any kind of records. Interesting how she used that technique to swing Akins out of her way. Definitely intentional
Great fields! These ones really stand out to me:

- Will be very interesting to see how Chebet does in the 1500m. That race also has Georgia Hunter Bell and the top Ethiopians, including Tsegay.
- Lot of big names in the men's 1500m besides the Americans you named: Laros, Myers, Nillessen, Nordas, El Bakkali, and the top Kenyans save Koech and Komen.
- Stacked men's 100m with Lyles, Kenny, Kishane, Coleman, Simbine, Bromell, Lindsey, and Blake
- Women's 100m has Melissa JW, Sha'Carri, Hobbs, Sears, Ta Lou-Smith, the Clayton sisters, and Asher-Smith
- Savannah Sutherland running in the 400m hurdles against Bol, the top 3 Americans from last weekend, and the top 3 Jamaicans
- Shericka Jackson's first 200m race in over two months
Agree it’ll be interesting to see Chebet run a 1500. I think she wins actually.
wish she was racing Faith in the 3k though. That would almost guarantee a WR
Paulino vs Naser showdown in the women's 400m
Women's 400mh also looks really strong, pretty much a precursor to the World Championship final with all the contenders running
I thought Keely announced last week she wasn't going to run until Tokyo?

I misread this as Kerley and got excited for a second
That 1500 is stacked asf. 3:28 incoming?

Yes.
Flinched when I saw the norwegian flag in the 1500
Trevor Bassitt racing is a choice…
1500 is a great one. Big chance for Laros/Reynold to show they’re at a new level (Laros already has but more to affirm it).

Faith and her team literally request Sage, lol. Keep with your narrative though.
No men’s races other than 1500 (over 400)? What the heck?
Where is Pharmwell Koech? Glowing?

More akin to the Kate Grace tour. Don’t see him quite at Komen’s level!!
