They definitely have never tested Connor L before August 2025 - see their web page. Neither has the AIU, obviously. Meaning whatever blood parameters he has now, will be considered normal for him.

Not true. Nearly every member of the US U20 team at World Cross last year was tested, several of who were minors at the time including Ellie Shea and Allie Zealand. Same is true of the U20 T&F team.
