ok. firstly, you can find old references to TrackSpice tweets in Let's Run's forum. secondly, you can google yourself videos about TrackSpice and Kenny. thirdly, how can you even bring up defamation in this context. and yes, i would love for Kenny to go to trial over TrackSpice comments. Some grow into a man, some don't. I would have and have done what Bednarek did. Lyles was not only taunting Bednarek, but Lyles was intentionally slowing down quickly and Bednarek was still going quite fast in a run out. Bednarek pushed him to get him out of his way and to send him a message as my dad would say. Do that again and I'll knock you into Tuesday.

Happened to me in the Canadian Senior Indoor Championships on the final turn of the 400m final when Mike decided he wanted lane 1 and cut in front of me, yelling FU Smith. I grabbed him and threw him sideways into the first row of the stands. He got DQ'd but having attempted cutting down, I had already lost 1st and 2nd since I took him out to lane 5 and then pushed him so hard his legs couldn't handle it. We did meet up a couple of times in other races, but he never tried intimidating again. I was in my 30's and he was in his late teens.

Why would Lyles be on the 4x1? Dan O’Brien thought he was funny brining that up in a trackside interview. Lyles didn’t make it to final. He hasn’t broken 10 this year. Does not belong on the relay, regardless of how thirsty he is and what NBC want.
