LOl, people acting like rice is "literal poison!" ignoring that an entire continent full of people built an entire civilization around rice. Ignored that in ancient prayers they refer to "our daily bread.." how Fin' dumb.

What kind of fool would contradict ancient prayers?

Please tell me how long ago "ancient prayers" talked about daily bread is as a fraction of the length of the paleolithic period.

bread=poison!
If bread were deadly then people wouldn't elevate it so high as to include it into a prayer. That's how important bread is, it's in holy sacraments, it's in prayers, yet a bunch of CrossFit doofuses tried to act like a sandwich would kill you.

Long before clicking on this thread, I knew lots of people thought idiotic things, said dumb things, and posted stupid crap online.
But if I had needed any additional evidence, you have provided some in more ways than one.

It’s very dumb. Humans wouldn’t have thrived as they did if not for rice. The reason rice is the dominant cereal in the densely populated Valeriepieris circle is because it has one of the highest calories per unit land area.
There is no nothing wrong with rice or carbs broadly.

OP thinks the diet was founded by Dr. William Paleo.
Eating cleaner isn't dumb per se, but paleo took it too far. It obviously wasn't a good diet for endurance training, but wasn't so bad for joe junk food if replaced with a normal diet following weight loss.
It was just another restriction diet that made people lose weight because they had the the food neurotic equivalent of an eating disorder. Which works, to be clear.
It was OK when I tried it on 2009 but within a year I went Ketovore, and then carnivore in 2018 which led to my current raw carnivore. Didn't need or want any weight loss, but found that my bodyfat has locked in at a nicely tanned 10% year round with perfect overall health and pain-free fitness at age 69. No meds or dental issues since 2009 after over five decades of high carb suffering and constant medical bills and concerns.
Most who make the evolution to full carnivore experience similar life-changing improvements. Alas, nutrition-deficent and toxic carbs and seed oils are viciously addictive and 99% will never even try to see how strong happy and healthy they can be.
They will never know the vitality out ancestors knew for millions of years. So the aches and pains, sniffles coughs and worse continue and people my age are all too often death warmed over.

Oh and as long as you brought it up:
Dangerously high levels of arsenic and cadmium found in store-bought rice, report finds | CNN
One in four rice samples from more than 100 different store brands contained dangerous levels of arsenic, a new investigation found. Here’s what to do.

I love how when you click on these troll threads, there is always someone schizo posting about an even crazier and dumber thing somehow.

Grain is poison. Humans don't have the hindgut to digest grass or its seeds. A very large % of the population is ill-adapted to digesting even processed grain.
And face it - all grain has to be processed to be eaten. Processed food bub, that's you.
And it was also the ancient Romans who invented that prayer. They had a big empire and needed lots of compliant slaves to suffer and die for them. So the invented a hero who suffered and died for their slaves, to trick them. And they included bread, because bread and circuses was their standard crowd control strategy.
You can't maintain a huge population of healthy people with bread, only a population of slaves. Even that Roman religion admitted the slaves couldn't survive on bread alone.

Standard low-IQ online atheist take. The theory that there was no historical Jesus has been soundly discredited by historians. Sure, you may think that Jesus was just another Jewish rabbi with a dedicated following and not God like many people claim, but that doesn't mean that Jesus was "invented" by the Romans.
