I know this is a stupid question, but is there anyway to watch it without having FloTrack?
I actually found a decent YouTube link. It'll probably crap out soon, but for now:

Looks like Flotrack is broadcasting it on YouTube
Amazing that Lashinda Demus has held the meet record since 2009. Good chance it falls here.

Great race by Dalilah Muhammad!
Dalilah has one more 51 in her this season. She just needs to make it through Trials so she can run it at Tokyo

Yep, both Bol and Muhammad went under it. Bol is looking really good. And nice to see Muhammad still going strong at age 35.
Trying to up play FB by down playing SML 400 time from last week is lame.
The commentators are still trying to hype up FB over SML. Femke still hasn’t gone under 51 at sea level. It’s not happening
Plot twist - I think that Dalilah Muhammad will run fast enough this year for her to change her mind about retiring.
Yeah, what the hell is up with that between Bol and SML? Dick move from the announcer.
Thanks for the thread. I'd forgotten that it was on. Watching it now :).
Muhammad running inspiringly at 35. 52.58 is her 5th fastest time ever and fastest since 2021.
Since WC Eugene, Woo is my favorite HJer. Always like seeing the shorter jumpers with incredible hops.
