Jakob eats from depression from having to sit around watching an entire 1500 field go 3:32 or faster. The years keep ticking by that he hasn't won at the mile, things not looking so good for him there.
And just when he thinks he's Mr. 5000, here comes Nico Young dominating all the Ethiopians.
Summary, cereals and fruit in the morning (waiting for Nutella, but it didn't come).
Lunch, noticed big amounts of meat (beef, pork, chicken) with veggies on that high tech grill he uses.
They didn't show, unless mistaken, his evening meal. Showed him eating chips (crisps for Brits) in the evening.
Seems like a normal diet.
Verdict: "Healthy" carnivore, although high meat consumption is suspected of causal prostate cancer, long term.
Don't forget the glass of generously salted water. Kind of interesting that he goes with straight salt instead of the typical electrolyte sales ad you get in most Youtube videos. That was a lotta salt

That was the most interesting part of the video.
Ghost seemed to have missed the middle third. Agree it seems like not that much, but he didn’t include is in-workout gels etc

3:25 when he switches to proper electrolytes? /s
Now seriously, wasn’t he sponsored by Vitamin Well?

He had meatballs and couscous with veggies for lunch, didn't you pay attention?;) The dinner was the grilled stuff.
Oops, my bad. Sorry. Yes, that's a full day of eating.
Btw, nutritionists in France recommend not more than 500 grams of meat per week, with some at 300-|350 grams. Jakob appears to eat that amount in one sitting.
To avoid future prostate problems, when he retires, Jakob would be advised to severely control and reduce the meat intake.
I was waiting for that jar of Nutella to appear, but it never did. Is Jakob hiding something?
