Just found out yesterday that I have a stress fracture in my shin from running through shin splints.
I am entered in a mile tonight and I really would like to get one big pb before I start cross training so all my fitness isnt going to waste.
Is it worth it to run tonight. My last workout I didnt feel any pain so this will be my first high intensity thing since I got the fracture.
Worst comes to worst I just step off the track and record my firsy dnf.
