He's an example why people with anger issues and mentally ill individuals should not be allowed to own guns. I'll admit that society and the government are culpable for creating more mentally unstable individuals. Everyone is a product of their environment. Should he be free? Nope. But he is. More importantly, is he a risk to reoffend or pose domestic abuse risk to women? Hopefully not.
