I am not a coach and never will be one full-time. I was just on USTFCCCA looking at the job postings for the schools near me.
Full-time jobs, 30-65k a year! A joke!
1. The hours are god-awful compared to a normal job.
2. You outwardly represent the university to prospective students. The university should not want you to be a total loser financially, living in a dump, unable to ever retire, with a big School University logo on every piece of clothing you own.
3. Depending on the school, the salaries are only the equivalent to like 1-4 kids paying full tuition. If you recruit 10 kids a year at my old school, you are getting the university 420k in tuition.
