if they are lucky maybe around 7:15 but another delay likely before 9
We are 1.5 hours delayed already, and the lightning and rain is constant still. They are saying MAYBE run the 1500m at 10pm?

heard from one of my athletes back at his hotel that they were talking about maybe getting started by 9.
who knows. the radar looks so random. if you're looking for a long, safe window to get moving, i don't know that exists at all.

I think they need to make a decision asap. Or at least share the options they are considering. Athletes need to time warmups, eating, etc.

we're already far past the realm of ideal. caffeine intake, warm ups, meal timing, etc.
hopefully the coaches are getting more info than we are, but it's a huge meet, with several teams, so it's likely there are a lot of people not getting the info.
Last year they ran either the 5k or 10k at around midnight, so they will probably try to fit everything in tonight even if it means going to 1am.

being held at Visit Jax Track at Hodges Stadium in Jacksonville,
Florida, has already experienced a lightning delay. Some events, like
the men's and women's pole vault, have been moved to Thursday, May
29th. The start of the meet has also been pushed back.

That is wild. This is likely going to throw some runners off. But what else can they do. Some guys are doubling back with the 5 Friday, so it has to go off tonight.
I just hope Beef Wellington isn't too thrown off. Really hoping Beef makes it to the NCAA championship final
