Erriyon Knighton pulled out of the 200, might wanna update that on the post
Any way to watch this using a VPN? I'm considering getting one.
I wonder how Sedjati’s doing lololll
I'm curious who will be behind the pacers. Habs, Komen or someone else?
Vincent Keter typically goes for broke. He has recently PBed in the 800 so might be up for a new PR. Reynold will be up there too.
Has anything been said about the targets for the women’s 3000? Some big big names, and 3 pacers makes me think they want to target something stupidly fast.
In the press conference chebet said she is targeting her 3000 pblike thats her main aim. Her pb is 8.24.05 so we definitely know the race is set for something faster than 8.24
In the press conference chebet said her main aim in rabat is to run her 3000 pb which currently is 8.24.05. So we definitely know the pace set is faster than 8.24

Wavelight website has them at WR pace! Also lights at world lead (8:22.7)
I predict Chebet comes up short of the WR in ~8:09. I’m also really looking forward to Bol’s 400h season opener. She’s opened up in 53 low the past 2 seasons so anything around there would be very solid.
I’ll predict 8:07 for Chebet. She wouldn’t set it up if she didn’t think she was in the ballpark.
Norway and Sweden both have the state owned tv-channels showing the meet - free to Watch.

8:06 is 4:03 pace per 1500m. Is Chebet capable of 3:50 low? Will her XC chops carry her more? When Jakob ran 7:17.55 (3:38.8 pace per 1500m) he ran 3:26.73 that season. We’ll see shortly.
Another 1500 win for Nelly Chepchirchir in the pre-program with 3:58
52.46 Bol
Impressive opener for Bol
Stadium capacity is 68,500 and it looks almost completely full.

OK, Wikipedia says it holds 68K but the announcers just said 20,000 in attendance in the new stadium. It does look too small for 68K. Still, 20K is a good crowd.
