Some background:
Freshman year: Semi successful, ~65 MPW, and solid training
Sophomore Year: 75 MPW, really tough, struggled with balancing school and training, bad performances across the board
Junior: 55 MPW, had a few breakout performances, but was the least locked in I have been in running due to school/career stuff. Honestly a result of mental burnout which contributed to a very bad end to the season (still have one more race)
Going into senior year and can finally fully focus on running this year. Honestly I am extremely durable and body can handle a lot of volume and hard training. Any advice for how I should go about training this summer in terms of mileage and workouts, and how to carry that into next year? Will have time to training 2x per day, and lift multiple times per week.
