Cole isn't a degenerate so of course he is not interested. The three who attended (Lyles, Thomas, Richardson) simply do not understand what that event is really all about.

Yup. Tickets are expensive, I believe $70k, and you need to be accompanied in as a guest of a fashion designer (unless you make a hefty donation) who dresses you.

Jon has a good point about Hocker not being that famous.
I also think the fact that the theme for this year's Gala - Superfine: Tailoring Black Style - certainly didn't help increase the odds that a white guy from Indiana not known for fashion would be invited.
