I work from home and have a fair bit of home gym equipment. Nothing crazy, but like I have bars for doing dips, something for pullups, and some dumbbells. I have considered doing random exercises throughout the day, like 5 pullups, then maybe two hours later doing 15 lunges with dumbbells, etc, and doing this daily just to see what happens. None of it would be enough to count as a full workout, but I feel like it would be a good way to stay active while working from home and also a way to provide stimulus to my body without having to go to the gym too often. I've also noticed that personal trainers and other people who are at the gym basically every day tend to look freakishly fit even if they aren't doing full workouts every day.
Anyone try this? How did it go?
