i did run multiple times in the 16:08 to 16:15 range on the roads, but can barely crack 35 for 10k....
why do i have such a big drop off
i always try to go out in about 3.18/km but blow up between 6 and 8k
im wondering because i get beat by a lot of people that tell me i should be way faster
i just turned 19, running just for fun. I dont really have an idea how to train honestly but my races are mostly middistance at which i do decent though.
im not build like a typical runner 6' 168 because of strenght training, maybe im too heavy for 10km idk
