Is there a single person in the US with 28 children?
It is not terribly uncommon in African for men to have children with many women. I saw a news story awhile back where one man had over 100 children, and all his different women and children collectively mourned him when he died and said he was a truly great man. That's not the "norm," but one man having multiple women isn't that uncommon. Actually pretty common especially for people of African descent to have multiple baby mamas here in the US too. Not many men are having more than about 5 kids in the developed world these days though.

Yes close my father had 3 children by my mother and 17 by another woman after my mother left him. So he had 20 children here in U.S.A My sister married into a family that had 26 siblings by the same mother and father. So it happens more than you think 🤔

Same with African American men... Look at Elon Musk or many professional athletes.

You're right. Take for example South African Elon Musk has multiple baby mamas.
Ugandan men can legally have up to 4 wives.

He is the half-brother of global medalists Oscar Chelimo (2022 WC 5000m bronze) and Victor Kiplangat (2023 WC marathon gold).
The Radford family in the UK have 22 children. I watched a documentary on how they ran a bakery and managed their day-to-day life with that many children.
It was boring to be honest.
