I'll be honest, I always thought he'd be on-and-off injured with how he runs. Reminds me of Drew Hunter in a way, just looks awkward...
Guess biomechanics are whatever works best for you?

The power of prayer is what makes him fast 🙏 Performance enhancing prayer should be banned by WADA
Because He runs on pure love
That's nothing compared to Hellen Obiri. It looks like she's got no sense of balance, arms-a-flailin'. Talk about crap running economy! But they're absolute aerobic monsters.
Hampton Samuel runs similar
I think he just has super short legs
You spelled Hellen Obiri wrong
Helps when you weigh like, 104 pounds.
Running form is highly overrated. Look at Paula. And who that Kenyan women with even worst form. All that matters is you get that foot in front of other with a greater stride length and/or cadence than your competitor WITHOUT getting injured.
Well if he was Kenyan it would be PED’s, so yeah PEDs helps him run. Just because he is American does not mean he take drugs to succeed

Oh no!!! I'll get in touch with her shoe sponsor right away to let them know.
They don't call him the Prancing Pony for no reason.
Pure equine speed.

Ever heard of a runner called Emil Zatopek? You might want to check out his form first and all the Olympic medals he won before commenting any further.
He just looks like he's putting in the same effort on easy days, marathon pace, and 5K pace. I've never seen anything like it
You see him in the first mile of a marathon, your first thought is not "Wow, this guy looks like he's gonna last the full 26"
You are 100% right. Was was stunned watching him hammer the pace with his knees and arms flailing around.
The opposite was that guy from South Korea... Lee Bong Ju (2001 winner):
He was jacked and used his muscle to power to the win in Boston.
