Wishing Justyn nothing but the best. An incredibly nice, kind and fun guy.

What's crazy about this performance is it's really just his baseline talent level without much conditioning.

How do you know?

I couldn’t care if it was 3:24, 3:44, or 4:04. Love to see him back at it!

Where is he training? Is he with BTC still or training independently in Toronto with athletics canada? Or something else?

I believe he is training with Greg up in Edmonton.

He needs to move up to marathon. Ovals are too fast and competitive now.

I think he ran faster with one shoe as a freshman in college at ACC's. So I wouldn't say he is 'back'.

Over the moon to hear he is back. I have heard nothing but good things about this gem of a man. My wife used to date him many years ago, and to this day she says he is the best she has ever had. It is truly an honor!

He literally did though, won that race in 3:39 - 10 years ago!

second best I would assume in her view? Really glad J Knight is back! I assume he's still training with BTC or Swoosh TC whatever they call it. Hopefully he can get a strong 5k or 10k in and if he stays injury free, maybe even a marathon in the future, though Jerry doesn't seem to like marathons.

I really don’t think he’s running a marathon. I would bet on him returning to 5000, where he has multiple top 10 world finishes. And yeah, he’s a nice person and I think he’s got a future in TV commentary if he’s interested.

Just want people to remember me as the "Justyn Knight will be a global medallist guy". Still believe it. Expect more sheep will come along.
